COMPOSITION
Active substances: Amoxicillin trihydrate 10 g and Colistin sulfate 25,000,000 U.I.
Excipients: nipagin, nipasol, distilled water ad 100 ml
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION
The efficacy of Amoxicolistin is based on synergistic and complementary action of two antibiotics, amoxicillin and colistin. Amoxicillin is a synthetic broad spectrum and low toxicity penicillin with strong bactericidal action against Gram negative (Actinobacillus, Bordetella, Escherichia Haemophillus, Pasteurella, Salmonella) and Gram positive bacteria (B. Anthracis, Clostridium, Actinomyces, Erysipelotrix). Amoxicillin is rapidly distributed throughout the body tissues and fluids reaching concentration peaks in lungs, liver, kidney and urine.
Colistin (from the polymixins group) is a specific antibiotic for Gram negative germs (E. Coli, Haemophillus spp., Bordetella spp. etc.).

Cattle, horses, sheep, goats and swine
INDICATIONS
In acute primary or secondary infections: colibacillosis, salmonellosis, septicemic conditions, infectious enteritis, urogenital infections, omphalitis etc..
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use in animals with known sensitivity to any of the active substances or excipients.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
The product is injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously in cattle, horses, sheep, goats and swine, as follows: 1 ml per 10 kg body weight at 12 hours interval, for 3-4 consecutive days.
Accurately assess animal body weight whenever possible to avoid underdosage.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Meat: 28 days; Milk: 7 days.
