Broad spectrum antibacterial
Active substances: Erytromicin thiocyanate 6 g; Sodium citrate 13 g; Methylene blue 1 g
Excipients (lactose) ad 100 g
Erythromycin thiocyanate is a broad spectrum antibiotic with bacteriostatic action. It crosses the lipid structure cells due to its fat-soluble character and inactivates the mycoplasma. It is active mostly against infections with Mycoplasma gallisepticum and some Gram-positive (Staphylcoccus spp., Streptococcus spp.) and Gram-negative (Pasteurella spp., Haemophilus spp., Escherichia coli) bacteria. Unlike other antibiotics, erythromycin does not induce disorders in calcium absorption from feed and nor antibiotic resistance phenomenon. Methylene blue is a general antiseptic.

Prevention and control of the ailments induced by mycoplasma and germs as Pasteurella spp., Vibro spp., Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp in cage birds, pigeons and ornamental hens.
METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
The product is administered orally, via the drinking water in dose of 1.6 – 2 g/liter of drinking water, for 5 – 7 days.
Medicated water should be used during the entire treatment period.
Eritrom solution is prepared right before use.
Do not use together with other antibiotics.
Do not use in birds intended for human consumption.
