COMPOSITION
Active substances: Vitamin A 50,000 IU/ml; Vitamin D3 5,000 IU/ml; Vitamin E 20 mg / ml
Excipients (simulsol, potassium sorbate, propylene glycol and deionized water) ad 1 ml
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION
The product acts as bio-stimulator and anti-stress, increasing the epithelial and cell membrane resistance to pathogens. . It also stimulates the reproductive function, bone development and growth and the fat and carbohydrates metabolism.

Horses, cattle, sheep, goats, swine, dogs and cats, chickens, pigeons
INDICATIONS
Growth stimulant in the young stock of the following species: cattle, horses, swine, sheep, goats, dogs and cats and poultry, as well as for the fertility improvement in breeding flocks.
Vitamina AD3E can be used as antistress medication and combined with antibiotic, and in prevention of some infectious or parasitic diseases (salmonellosis, collibacillosis, coccidiosis etc.). Vitamina AD3E may be also used as support for the convalescent animals or in case of disturbances of the mineral, fatty acid and carbohydrate metabolism. Vitamina AD3E can be used for treatment of skin, liver, eye diseases, gastroenteritis, enteropathies, weakened and fattening animals.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypervitaminosis A and D, calcium lithiasis, hypersensitivity to vitamins D and E.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
In some dogs, vitamin D3 may cause anaphylactic reactions which can be treated with glucocorticoids and / or antihistamines. In all species, toxic impairments can occur, manifested by skin and mucosa coloring by anemia and leucopenia, after long-term repeated high doses.
METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
The product is administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly as single or multiple injection, depending on the health condition of the animals. The usual doses administered are as follows:
- cattle and horses: 10 – 20 ml
- calves, sheep and goats: 5 – 10 ml
- adult pigs: 5 ml; piglets: 2 – 4 ml
- dogs and cats: 1 – 2 ml
- hens: 0,1 – 0,3 ml.
The treatment may be repeated once at 10 – 15 days (not more than 4 – 5 administrations).
In pigeons, the product is injected intramuscularly in dose of 0.2 – 0.4 ml/300 g body weight repeated after a week (not more than 4 – 5 administrations).
WARNINGS
Caution in rickets treatment as high doses of Vitamin D administered in some cases may involve the overdosing of the associated A and E vitamins.
Diets based on high calcium intake may cause hypercalcemia if Vitamin D3 is administered simultaneously.
